High performance displays require high PPI and high aperture ratio. For high PPI, the gap between two different colors need to be reduced. However, the smaller gap also results in lateral current leakage, brightness shortage and color shift. In this paper, a method is proposed to improve brightness shortage and color shift and results in high color consistency and good color detail, especially at low gray.
