This paper proposes a novel micro light‐emitting diode (microLED) pixel circuit using pulse width modulation (PWM) driving for preventing wavelength shifts caused by characteristic of micro‐LED. In addition, the proposed circuit applies the internal V th compensation method to remove external sensing structure.
