This paper discusses the R&D of cyber‐physical interfaces using large‐area, flexible electronics realized with printing technology. We successfully developed health monitoring systems for large‐scale infrastructures by combining this concept with advanced Si‐LSI and information processing technologies. This paper introduces a new digital social infrastructure through integrated processes, devices, circuits and systems, and information processing.
