Demand for low‐cost displays with low power consumption and flexibility will increase dramatically as a wider range of devices incorporate electronic functionality. We assess the technological/ commercial readiness of each display type and application, forecasting that low‐cost, low‐power displays will be an approximately $1.2 bn market by 2030.
