Arrays of miniature, lower resolution cameras can be integrated within microLED displays to provide high resolution image capture using computational imaging. Integrated camera arrays eliminate can eliminate gaze parallax in videoconferencing and eliminate the need for camera bezels while maintaining attractive thinness and flexibility. Integrated camera arrays also enable valuable new capabilities beyond video‐taking, including soft‐programmable camera perspective, light field capture, touch sensing and hover sensing.
