20‐4: A Nanostructured Diffraction Grating to Overcome Efficiency Color‐Shift Tradeoff in Blue, Strong‐Cavity, Top‐Emitting OLEDs

We demonstrate the use of a nanostructured diffraction grating to reduce color‐shift in blue strong‐cavity, top‐emitting (SCTE) OLEDs. Due to the tradeoff between efficiency and color‐shift, this color‐shift reduction can be leveraged to increase the efficiency of a blue SCTE OLED by 30%.
