In the existing Response Time Acceleration(RTA) system, dithering in the still image causes the pixel flickering. There were meaningful ways to remove this, but it was difficult to apply to high‐ratio compression with high complexity due to many restrictions on application. To solve this problem, we propose a method of removing dither noise by applying an Adaptive threshold. As a result, this paper shows that it can be applied to high‐ratio compressors having various compression method while improving the existing noise removal performance.
