We have developed a high‐resolution 508 ppi conformable imager using low‐temperature polysilicon thin‐film transistors (LTPS TFTs) on a plastic substrate together with organic photodetectors which has high sensitivity in wavelength of visible and near‐infrared regions (NIR). Using a NIR light source, both images of fingerprints/veins and pulse waves are successfully obtained. By adding red light source, both red pulse wave and NIR pulse are measured to calculate percutaneous oxygen saturation.
