Organic electronic devices, such as organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs), are very sensitive to air environment, so it is necessary to encapsulate these devices to increase the service life[1−2]. In this study, we report a high transparent inorganic /organic multilayer barrier film, in which the inorganic layer is a high‐quality SiN x layer and the organic layer is clay nanoparticle‐embedded organic—inorganic hybrid (C—H) nanocomposite.
