A 13.3“FHD 60Hz Oxide TFT‐LCD with MUX3 have been developed using TED Scheme. Since the high mobility of oxide TFT,2 MUX schemes and 3 MUX driving method has been analyzed in TED Scheme. Display performance and Cost and Power consumption benefit from new MUX Driving Method with compensation. Due to material saving design in ted, the assembly material can be changed from PCB to only FPC. And the Screen‐to‐Body Ratio of Notebook can achieve from 70% up to 92% with TED IC by MUX3 design.
