We propose a cyclic displacement current measurement method to investigate the behavior of lithium fluoride (LiF) in OLEDs by applying a cyclic voltage and measuring a repeatable current. We found that a LiF layer reduces electron injection barrier, increases a hole injection barrier, and improves the discharge process. This method allows us to clarify the charge injection process of OLEDs in detail.
