To improve the viewing angle dependence of TEOLEDs, we have modified the surface morphology of highly reflective anode by using nano‐island structure. This nano‐island structure is simply fabricated by depositing a specific inorganic material and applying an appropriate environmental condition of a certain temperature and humidity. The resultant TEOLEDs with nano‐structured reflective anode showed stable white angle difference (WAD) with Δ u'v' of 0.005.
