We have developed Accumulative Monte‐Carlo simulation method with 3D Mesh (AM2) for analyzing flux distribution and inner pressure of evaporation source which used for organic deposition process in AMOLED mass production. In this method, we use 3D mesh room for investigating particle density of each position in the crucible. By using AM2 simulation, we can get inner pressure of crucible, evaporation temperature of material, and flux distribution of evaporation source. We think it can be used for pre‐test procedure of organic material degradation problem.
