This paper reports the high efficiency green phosphorescent organic light‐emitting diode (OLEDs) with ultra‐thin emission layer structure. The OLEDs were fabricated without conventional and complicated doping process. The optimized OLEDs achieved the maximum external quantum efficiency of nearly 24% without conventional doping process.
