We demonstrated a tunable liquid crystal beam shifting device [1] which can regularly shift the position of projected light. This is useful for time‐of‐flight camera which utilizing dot pattern infrared light signals. The spatial resolution of ToF camera is mainly limited by dot numbers of projected light. The changeable dot position will directly increase captured information and spatial resolution of ToF camera. In this paper, we realized tunable LC beam shifting device which is composed of LC polarization rotators and LC beam splitting films,it shows the operation of 4 steps dot position shift.
