On‐cell touch (OCT) is an enabling technology for integrating touch sensor on an active‐matrix organic‐light‐emitting‐diode (AMOLED) display. The modeling of OCT at a full‐panel, end‐to‐end level is critical as it provides guidelines for process integration, sensor pattern and display panel design, as well as driving system design. This work uses an experimentally verified full‐panel model to provide insights into loading management, and the floating‐ground issue in OCT for AMOLED display. The scalability of such technology is further evaluated.
