A series of finite element analysis (FEA) models have been established to study the mechanical effects in a flexible AMOLED display module, in scenarios of outward‐folding, rolling and ball drop, etc. Analysis is conducted to verify the validity of such models. The simulation results are in good agreement with the designed experiments. Accurate modeling of these effects can be significant in guiding the module stack‐up design of a flexible display and the structural design of consumer product involving flexible displays.
