We proposed a structure of patterned TFT array films to prevent the macro‐cracks, which was implemented on the foldable organic light‐emitting diode (OLED) display. The out‐bending tests demonstrated that the protection structure can improve the reliability. And the limitation of the bending radius achieved to 1.5 millimeter.
