In this work, a stretchable display based on LTPS AMOLED technology was designed. Our stretchable display, developed with a stretchable substrate with transitional area based on H‐type kirigami pattern design, can withstand a 10% stretch ratio. The result show that the stretch ratio of substrate with transitional area is 25% higher than the substrate without transitional area since the concentrated stress was slow‐released in the transitional area. Also, a more uniform bridge area layer structure and VDD signal was designed to ensure the stress and display homogeneity respectively. A TFE Dam was designed in each island to prevent the flowing organic encapsulation material.
