Fine metal mask (FMM) patterning is the key technology for realizing the RGB side‐by‐side OLED displays for smartphone and notebook panels. We believe this FMM patterning can be used for high resolution augmented reality (AR) as well as large size TV displays. We have developed the state‐of‐the‐art material and processing technologies to achieve large size high resolution FMMs.
