An optical approach to double the pixel density by using a Pancharatnam‐Berry deflector (PBD), which generates two virtual shifted‐pixel grids based on polarization‐multiplexing, is present. A three‐layer multi‐twist PBD is fabricated, which can achieve high diffraction efficiency, broad bandwidth, and large incident angle in the visible spectral region.
