In this work we describe the basics of technology employed to develop high efficiency red OLED panel for automotive lighting. The devices exhibit high luminance, long lifetime even at elevated temperatures and minimal color change with viewing angle. The described method of LT70 estimation can be used for accurate prediction of device operational stability at various driving conditions.
