In TFT‐LCD industry the LC (liquid crystal) dropping equipment of ODF process uses 500ml / 1000ml glass bottle to supply LC coating head separately to realize LC supply. This supply mode can realize the flexible replacement of liquid crystal in the display production line below G6. Nowadays with the development of G10.5 lines, this supply mode is gradually limited: the increase of liquid crystal consumption leads to frequent replacement of liquid crystal bottle and longer equipment maintenance time, resulting the decrease of equipment's run time and increase the risk of bringing in external particles. In high generation lines more head number in one equipment needs more liquid crystal bottles, which causes more waste of liquid crystal and higher cost. In this paper a new LC Integrated supply system for LC Inkjet is introduced, which reduces the loss and increases the equipment's run rate.
