In this work, we propose a novel 2‐TFT random accessible active pixel sensor, and verify the circuit performance from the simulation results. Our study shows that the proposed sensor has random accessibility and a wide dynamic range, and it also has a logarithmic‐exponential response with a higher sensitivity under a low light illumination, improves the aperture ratio, and is promising to applications such as fingerprint imaging and flat‐panel x‐ray imaging.
