We proposed a new compensation circuit to solve the nonuniformity of TFT characteristics and degeneration of OLED device. The compensation circuit includes sense processing cell and emission current sampled circuit. The channel multiplexing for the digital sense processing cell is used. The area of compensation circuit is reduced effectively.
