In the recent years, Micro‐LED has caused the enthusiastic attention of the society. There are some research groups studying the blue and green Micro‐LED, while a little researcher focused on the characteristic of red light. This paper inctroduces the temperature sensing of 100 µm × 100 µm red Micro‐LED. We study the temperature sensing of red Micro‐LED by test the I‐V curve with a temperature range covers ‐150 °C to 150 °C. The study will broaden our understanding of the characteristics of red LED and make it more widely used.
