Transparent display was prepared which was driven by a‐IGZO TFTs. The pixel density is 91ppi with a 54% transmission opening and 42% transmittance. The color film was also fabricated and covered on the transparent display to reduce the reflectivity which achieved the 6.5% reflectance. Based on these advantages, this sample could be a good candidate for transparent productions.
