Ink‐jet printing is the most promising manufacture technology for large area OLED displays owning to its high materials utilization and low manufacturing cost. However, the performance of solution processed OLED devices (especially the life span) is still far below the evaporated ones, which is mainly due to the lack of high performance soluble OLED materials. The traditional strategies to increase solubility of organic functional molecules usually decrease their functionalities, such as emissive efficiency and device stability. Here we demonstrate a rational strategy to improve the stability of solution processed OLED devices by introducing novel organic emissive materials and optimization of the materials system in the emissive layer.
