Non‐alkali glass substrate suitable for liquid crystal antenna has been newly developed. Loss tangent of the glass at 10 GHz is less than 1/2 of that of conventional non‐alkali glass substrate for active matrix TFT displays. Using this glass substrate, liquid crystal antenna can be fabricated with higher performance.
