We demonstrate a tunable focus and polarization‐independent blue‐phase liquid crystal lens array using a composite dielectric layer. With strip electrodes and a planar top electrode, gradient electric fields are generated. As the applied voltage is varied, the focal length of the lens can be continuously tuned from ∞ to 14 mm.
