In this paper, we introduce a novel photo spacer (PS) structure to address the PS scratching mura on FFS mode. By precise adjustment of relative position of Sub PS and metal Stage in array glass, the PS mura is completely prevented. We put forward prediction model and conducted experiments to test the effectiveness of the scheme.
