We report a low‐voltage operation dual‐gate organic TFT following a four‐mask process. Combined with high‐k polymer dielectric, the DG OTFTs exhibit filed effect mobility of ~0.3 cm 2 /V ⋅ s and on‐to‐off current ratio of >10 7 . The enhanced current driving capability and excellent stability, making it a promising candidate for low power, flexible displays.
