A 4T1C pixel circuit of out‐pixel compensation and the driving methods are proposed for LTPS PMOS OLED displays. The in‐pixel circuit is only to sense the characteristics of driving TFTs and write the driving voltage into its storage capacitor. The compensation is implemented by the out‐pixel circuits. The sensing period is separated from the driving period so that there is enough sensing time for the driving TFT to establish the stable sensing‐line voltage included the threshold voltage (V th ) information.
