Green and narrow‐band photoluminescence at 535 nm with 30 nm of FWHM was recently achieved by Zn(Te,Se) alloy QDs, and the potential of Zn(Te,S) alloy QDs as a red phosphor was theoretically demonstrated. In this paper, the recent progress in cadmium‐free QD is reviewed focusing on ZnTe‐based alloy QDs.
