A liquid crystal display including oxide semiconductor field‐effect transistor (OS FET) memory in a pixel was fabricated. The memory retained weighting data and added the data to display data. This proposed memory and configuration can be adopted for a liquid crystal with a high driving voltage, reducing power consumption.
