This paper reports a novel micro‐LED display bonded onto silicon driver, which we call “Silicon Display”. 0.38‐inch full‐color display with a resolution of 1,053 ppi was successfully demonstrated. Its color gamut was shown to meet sRGB requirement. “Silicon Display” is ideally suited for near‐to‐eye displays.
