Highly‐smooth AgNW/alginate film with Rs of 2.5 Ω/sq and transmittance of 86% is achieved by CaCl 2 treatment and mechanical pressing. Dipped into CaCl 2 solution, the AgNWs are better‐welded, and film adhesion and stability are improved significantly. The OLED employing this composite film as anode presents better performance than ITO device.
