We developed a 5.5” IGZO (Indium‐Gallium‐Zinc‐Oxide) LCD display with in cell touch of self‐capacitive type. The photoalignment instead of traditional rubbing treatment of the LCD substrate was adopted. Middle com structure with organical planarizaion layer possesses high display quality and excellent touch performance due to fewer couple between gate/data and pixel/Vcom.
