In this paper, we will describe how the smartwatch usage data can be utilized to verify display requirements especially in screen burn‐in, lifetime and power consumption simulations. The main idea of this approach is to combine both usage data and display parameters in the way that more accurate simulations can be conducted in the early design phase. This method can also be used to check effect of UI design changes to above mentioned areas. New smartwatch AMOLED display will be used as a case study in the simulation tool.
