Perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) are emerging as a promising material for display applications. PeQDs exhibit high quantum yield for both green and red emission, but the quantum yield of blue‐emitting PeQDs is usually below 40~50%. In this work, we have developed bright blue‐emitting PeQDs (450~460 nm) with quantum yield above 70%, high UV‐light absorption, and improved thermal stability. Our results are promising for the use of electro‐luminescence and emissive color filters in order to reach the specification of Rec. 2020.
