Degradation of moving image quality by motion blur on hold‐type displays is a well‐known issue. To improve moving image quality, a triangular waveform emission has been proposed. In this study, the characteristics of the triangular emission were analyzed, and its effectiveness for reducing motion blur was demonstrated using an optimized enhance filter.
