The high resolution black patterns were fabricated by negative photo‐lithography method with the novel high adhesion polymer to improve observability of OLED. The photo‐resist was consisted of an organic black pigment dispersed ink in order to decrease dielectric constant of the patterns, the silane group introduced to cardo type polymer for high resolution fine patterns caused by high adhesion on the substrate. The fabricated black patterns showed not only fine patterns but also high thermal stability and good electric properties suitable for pixel defining layer in OLED.
