We have developed a 17 inch colorful transparent liquid crystal display using newly scattering‐type SALC technology, which transparent state in low driving voltage, and polarizer free. The Pixel Per Inch of transparent display was 96. Finally, the 17 inch colorful transparent display using new scattering‐type technology has good visibility and transparency.
