We demonstrate a giant flexoelectro‐optic response characterized by an out‐of‐plane helical axis rotation of 53° in polymer‐stabilized cholesteric doped with bimesogen. The presented electro‐optic device measures a large flexoelastic ratio (e/K) of 2.758 CN −1 m −1 with a contrast ratio of 500:1 and response time of 0.43 ms.
