A p‐type organic semiconductor with intrinsic high intra‐molecular orientation arrangement and uniformly were covered on substrate using spin coating. Combined with a vertical phase separation of blend small molecule and semiconducting binder is suitable for large‐size substrate uniform‐coating process. The fully solution processable organic thin‐film transistors (OTFTs) with silver/gold free fabrication process is our target approach to realize low‐cost manufacturing and easy design novel OTFTs. The device shows stable electrical bias, and thermal‐assisted carrier transportation behavior.
