This paper analyzes the mechanism of the production and improvement of the moiré by combining different kinds of touch sensor (metal mesh, or ITO patterns) products of mobiles or notebooks. In order to complete the digitalization of moirés, we build model with MATLAB and simulate the intuitive moiré images matching the actual phenomenon, get the digital result by calculating CPD (Cycle per Degree) and contrast sensitivity in combination with the human eyes sensitivity, which is well matching with actual patterns.
