Moirés in receiving layer is one of the main defectives of SLOC (Single–Layer–On‐Cell). This paper introduces a computer simulation for moires of SLOC using Huygens‐Fresnel diffraction integral formula based on scalar diffraction theory. The results of simulation match well with practical phenomena. This model is designed to simulate the moire of existing pattern, and according the spatial frequency and intensity of waves we can determine the level of moiré.
