Frequency multiplexing projected capacitive (PCAP) touch screens for sensing and addressing overcomes key PCAP challenges which are radio noise sensitivity, connector cable crosstalk, difficult (numerous‐conductor) assembly and strictly limited cable length. One single intelligent controller of this kind is compatible with any frequency multiplexed PCAP touch screen size or resolution.
