Multiple band mura phenomenon was usually observed due to the CD variation from lens module for the conventional PSA LCD technology. Using a novel pixel design of the partial full‐ITO pattern in the TFT‐side glass, more stable luminance vs. voltage relationship against process variation could be obtained. Therefore, the mura phenomenon could be improved.
