The high efficiency blue phosphorescent organic light‐emitting device with the wide bandgap host material CbzBZ as the host material and bis[2‐(4,6‐difluorophenyl)pyridinato‐C2,N](picolinato)iridium(III) (FIrpic) as blue emitter was demonstrated. After the adjustment of FIrpic doping ratio and thickness of emitting layer, the optimums device showed the current efficiency of 61.05 cd/A, power efficiency of 63.51 lm/W, and EQE over 28%.
